WALKER
Take part in the Walk alongside people who share your hopes; it’s motivating!

ELITE WALKER
Collect a minimum of $200 among your friends and family and raise awareness for Alzheimer’s disease. It’s fulfilling!

TEAMS (4 different types)
Invite five to ten people (friends, neighbours, colleagues or family members) to join your team. Take up this challenge together: raise a minimum of $500 in donations. The cause is worth it! Assemble your team! Registration fee per person is $10.

1. CORPORATIONS
Form a team within your company! Call your employer, perhaps they would double the value of the donations you’ve collected? Challenge the corporations (law firms, engineering consulting firms, banking institutions, insurance companies, etc ...)

2. FAMILIES
Ask your family and your friends to join you. They are already aware of the cause. Remember to ask someone with Alzheimer and caregivers to accompany you. It’s a safe outing!

3. STUDENTS
Form a team with other students. Ask the principal of the school you are attending to join you. Remember your teachers, parents and support staff.

4. COMMUNITY
You belong to a social club, a community organization or sports team; gather a group of people and team up! You work in a retirement residence? Why not form a group with residents and staff of the institution?

Give a bit of your time, meet interesting people and have a memorable day!
